The Photo Requests displayed on the website have been greatly reduced in
size, and then compressed for fast display on the web. They usually have
a file size of between 35 and 55 Kbs.
The large mega pixel originals for printing purposes are often as much as 6 times larger than those displayed on the website. They usually have a file size of between 350 Kbs and 4 Mbs. You need to check the 'Mega Pixel' check box (found on the submit reservation form) when making your request/s. These mega pixel originals will be deleted if not requested, and if requested will be briefly posted online at a designated url address (provided in a e-mail notification), so that you can download them to your computer. You would then order prints by sending the image file electronically to a local online printer. The large size allows you to order large prints of high quality and great detail... Jowl Flapper
