Welcome to the Jowl Flapper, which hopefully will be a barkingly interesting and informative wigglebutt wag of a mailing list once it has become established!

The Jowl Flapper Mailing list is a list open to all Dogs world wide who wish to provide commentary and insight on any subject having to do with dogs, and the persons they own manage or live with. You subscribe using your name, and not that of the person you live with.

Postings are forwarded as emails to a list of subscribers, as well as added to the archive, which is accessible to any Jowl Flapper visitor. Only those who are presently subscribed can post messages, but on the other hand you can subscribe or bark off whenever you like.
